Half or whole locally caught crayfish, steamed then grilled with garlic butter and parsley. Served with new potatoes, lemon and dressed greens.
PURE ANGUS RIBEYE STEAK; (g/f) – $36
Approximately 300g of pure angus ribeye grilled to your liking with herbed horseradish potatoes, merlot glaze and crisp field mushroom shavings.
ESCALLOP OF TUSCAN MARINTAED CHICKEN; (g/f) – $29
Thyme and garlic infused chicken, grilled and served with soft polenta, roasted red peppers and balsamic dressed greens.
L’HOTEL TOM YUM BROTH; – $35*
Spicy Thai style broth with fresh local seafood, scallops, crayfish, white tiger prawns, ginger, lemongrass and lime. Comes with steamed rice, coriander and spring onion. (available milder with coconut cream)
CHARRED LAMB CUTLETS; (g/f) – $34
Canterbury lamb, laced with rosemary and char grilled pink, served over griddled mediterranean vegetables with a balsamic and pinot reduction.

Fresh locally sourced fish with an ever changing twist. (ask for today’s creation)
L’HOTEL TWICE COOKED PORK; (g/f) – $29
Marinated pork belly, slow cooked for tenderness then quick roasted for crispness. Served with candied kumara and an apple & cinnamon syrup.
AKAROA SALMON FILLET; – $32
Pan fried AKAROA salmon fillet, served over crushed peas with a beetroot & coriander dressing, garlic prawn dumplings, green onion and lemon.
MUSHROOM RISOTTO CAKE (v)(g/f) – $27
Crisp baked risotto cake of field mushroom, garlic, shallot and thyme. Served with roast field mushroom, pickled mushrooms and dressed micro greens.
STEAMED NEW ZEALAND GREENLIP MUSSELS; (g/f) – $22*
Opened in white wine, garlic and onion finished with parsley, served with fries, lemon and aioli.

Fresh fish fillet, white tiger prawns and AKAROA salmon, all in a crisp tempura batter served with dressed leaves, lemon, fries and our own tartar sauce.
CANTERBURY VENISON MEDALLIONS; – $36
Rubbed in cumin & black pepper, seared medium rare and served on a sweet potato & blueberry flapjack with a manuka honey & ginger dressing.
