Situated in the center of Akaroa township, just meters away from the water’s edge.

Newly furnished in July 2009, there are 4 fully self-contained private units.

Each Room is different as follows…..

Size: Smallest of the 4 units    Location: Far left corner of the building (beach road side)    View: Directly over looking the harbour with small balcony.    Sleeps: 2 people.   All units have full kitchen facilities and ensuite bathroom.

Room 2 (photos shown above)

Size: The largest and most popular of the 4 units    Location: In the middle of the building     View: Directly over looking the harbour with a large balcony and outdoor furniture shown in the photo above.   Sleeps: 2 people, has room for a porta cot if required.  All units have full kitchen facilities and ensuite bathroom.

Size: Medium, second biggest of the 4 units    Location: Middle of the building    View:Directly looking over the harbour with large balcony and outdoor furniture    Sleeps: 2 people. All units have full kitchen facilities and ensuite bathroom.
